ABOUT
Tom and Darrah Casperson have owned and operated Airport Commercial Plaza + Storage since June 2004.  When the storage facility was purchased, the first goal was to improve the aesthetics of the surroundings. Chip seal was immediately added throughout the facility. Mounded landscaping, trees and shrubs along with irrigation and opaque fencing were added to the property facing Baron Lane.

Facility lighting was then improved and multiple video cameras placed throughout the property to allow video capture of any activity inside the storage areas. Outside storage space for RV’s, boats, trailers, campers and cars was added due to the many requests from tenants who were renting inside storage for household goods but also wanted space to keep these items.

Tom retired from a major International company after 35 years. His most recent position was as a Director in the quality organization. He understood the importance of customer satisfaction in making a business successful and that focus continues to this day. Numerous customer testimonials that are available on this website which attest to that.

“Our customers come first”, says Tom. “Our cell phones are with us 24 hours a day so our tenants can call us if there are any questions or help that they need” We are also there to answer the phone when a prospective tenant has an inquiry. Our goal is to get the prospective tenant into their unit or space as soon as possible – even if we are not on property at the time when they call us. As I said, “It’s all about customer service.”
