Facility lighting was then improved and multiple video cameras placed throughout the property to allow video capture of any activity inside the storage areas. Outside storage space for RV’s, boats, trailers, campers and cars was added due to the many requests from tenants who were renting inside storage for household goods but also wanted space to keep these items. Tom retired from a major International company after 35 years. His most recent position was as a Director in the quality organization. He understood the importance of customer satisfaction in making a business successful and that focus continues to this day. Numerous customer testimonials that are available on this website which attest to that. “Our customers come first”, says Tom. “Our cell phones are with us 24 hours a day so our tenants can call us if there are any questions or help that they need” We are also there to answer the phone when a prospective tenant has an inquiry.
